- Existing families enrolling new students can submit an application using their Skyward family access (www.tinyurl.com/gladesskyward). If you need help logging into family access, please contact your school for assistance.

As a reminder, here are the required documents for enrollment:
Birth Certificate
Florida Certificate of Immunization - (680 form only)
Physical Form - Completed within one year of entry date.
Proof of Address - Utility bill with full address containing parent/guardian name.
(Not required for waiver students)
Parent/Guardian ID
